Arki: My Golf Routine (step by step)

Driver

  1. Tee up the ball
  2. Take a step back around 1 metre
  3. Look for an object in front of the ball
  4. Take 1 practice swing (real)
  5. Look at the target
  6. Go to the ball
  7. Put the club face in the middle
  8. Open my feet( 1 left, 1 right, 1 left, 1 right
  9. Grip the club
  10. Weight on my right foot
  11. Look at the target once more
  12. Hit

Tip: do ‘y’ smooth swing

Woods, Hybrids and Irons

  1. Take a step back around 1 metre
  2. Look for an object in front of the ball
  3. Take one practice swing (reality)
  4. Look at the target
  5. Go to the ball
  6. Open my feet (1 left, 1 right, 1/2 left, 1/2 right
  7. Grip the club
  8. look at the target once more
  9. Hit

Pitching

  1. Take a step back around 1 metre
  2. Look for an object in front of the ball
  3. Look at the target
  4. Go to the ball
  5. Open my feet( 1 left, 1 right, 1/2 left, 1/2 right)
  6. Move my right feet up
  7. Grip the club
  8. Take few practice swings (reality)
  9. Look at the target once more
  10. Hit

Chipping 

  1. Take a step back around 1 metre
  2. Look for an object in front of the ball
  3. Look at the target
  4. Go to the ball
  5. Open my feet( 1 left, 1 right, 1/2 left, 1/2 right)
  6. Tilt my stance
  7. Grip the club
  8. Take few practice swings (reality)
  9. Look at the target once more
  10. Hit

Putting

  1. Mark the ball
  2. go opposite of the ball and read the green
  3.  go to the side of the ball and read from there
  4. go between the marker and the hole and read the green. Note: This is for longer putts
  5. Align the ball
  6. Open feet (1 foot left, 1 and a 1/2 foot right)
  7. Do few practice swings
  8. Putt
